You Chose It. Now Live It.

Phase Three of the Capacity Protocol is six months in a small circle of people who know you. You find the one change that, if it shifted, would move everything else with it. Then you build the daily habits, the conversations and the boundaries that carry you toward it, and you track the movement in your own plain words.

Groups of five or fewer run their own sessions. A facilitator is there as a resource, not the driver. Phase Three is built for people who have completed Phase Two.

What this phase targets

01The one keystone change

02The why beneath it

03Habits, conversations and boundaries that carry it

04Signs of movement in plain words

05A circle that holds you to it

Who this phase is for

You know what you want now. The question is what holds when life pushes back.

Phase One gave your nervous system a steadier baseline. Phase Two taught you to decide from it. Phase Three is where a decision becomes a way of living, with people beside you who will ask the question you have been avoiding and sit in the silence while you answer it.

Thinking about a change can feel close to making it. Phase Three is built on the difference. You learn to tell gathering what you need from looping, and to take the committed step once you know enough.

Phase Three is for Phase Two graduates who notice some of this in themselves.

01You can see three or four things you would change, and you keep circling instead of choosing one.

02The first weeks of a change go well, and then an old story shows up and asks whether any of it was real.

03You have done this work alone before, and alone is where it tends to stop.

04You want feedback that comes as a question, not as advice, from people who are doing the same work.

05You would rather measure progress by how a morning feels than by a score on a chart.

06You want what you built in the first ten weeks to still be standing a year from now.

The six months

One change, chosen carefully, then lived one week at a time.

Phase Three opens with the Bedrock Question, so your own words from Phase One and Phase Two are the first thing you see.

1Month one

Becoming a Conscious Creator

Your circle agrees how it will work together and learns the questions that open things up. You clarify what you actually want, follow the why beneath it to the value driving it, and claim the one keystone change as something you are choosing rather than something happening to you.

2Month two

The Architecture

You design the path: the daily habits, the conversations and the boundaries the change needs. You pick three signs of movement, one in the body, one in daily life and one in a relationship, and you write your slip and return plan before you need it.

3Month three

The First Review

The second biometric assessment and Capacity Index sit beside your own words and your signs of movement. You see what has shifted, what has not, and what you want to carry into the next three months.

4Months four and five

Living It

The rhythm holds: one action, one support in your environment and one conversation each week, reported to your circle. The rebound stories and the slips are expected here, and you practice the return until it is yours.

6Month six

What Has Held

The final assessment, the final check of your own words, and a short letter to yourself about what has held. You leave with a way of living you defined, and a circle of people who watched you build it.

Every week

You add one piece of evidence for the person you are becoming, so your mind has something to collect other than proof for the old story.

How the circle works

Questions, not advice. I, not you.

Your group is five people or fewer. It runs its own sessions on a simple five-step rhythm and holds each other to a weekly commitment. Phase Three uses the headset and armband you already have.

Your circle

Five people or fewer who agree in the first session on confidentiality, speaking from their own experience, and feedback that arrives as a question.

Facilitator on call

A facilitator models the question style in the first sessions, then steps back. Your group can ping them to drop in live when stuck, or book them for a future session.

Three assessments

The objective biometric assessment and the Nervous System Capacity Index at the start, at month three and at month six, read beside your own words each time.

Your workbook closes

Everything you wrote in Phase One and Phase Two is here, and Phase Three adds the keystone, the evidence log and the letter to yourself. It is yours to keep.
