By accessing or using any Neuro Progeny service, including the Neuro Progeny University platform, the Immersive Mastermind program, assessments, quizzes, or related websites and applications (collectively, Services), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.
Neuro Progeny provides nervous system capacity training programs that may include VR biofeedback sessions, educational curriculum, journal exercises, assessments, coaching, and related content. Our Services are educational and wellness-oriented. They are not medical treatment, therapy, or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical conditions.
When you create an account, you agree to: provide accurate, current, and complete information; maintain the security of your password and account; promptly update any changes to your information; accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Fees for our programs are described on the applicable enrollment or checkout page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund policies are specific to each program and will be communicated at the time of enrollment. Equipment deposits, where applicable, are refundable upon return of equipment in good condition according to the terms specified at enrollment.
All content, materials, curricula, assessments, software, branding, and methodologies provided through our Services are the exclusive property of Neuro Progeny, Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neuro Progeny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Haywood County, North Carolina.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
