These terms are an agreement between you and Neuro Progeny, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Waynesville, North Carolina (“Neuro Progeny”, “we”, “us”).
They govern your use of the Neuro Progeny University platform at university.neuroprogeny.com (the “Platform”) and the programs delivered through it.
By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.
We provide education and training. Neuro Progeny’s programs teach nervous system capacity: how your physiology responds to demand, and practices that develop your range. The Platform delivers courses, guided practices, biofeedback training and coaching sessions.
We are not providing medical care. This matters, so plainly:
If something is wrong with your health, see a clinician. If you have a condition that may be affected by breathing practices, physical exertion or stress exposure, talk to your own doctor before starting a program. If you are in a medical emergency, call emergency services.
You must be 18 or over and in the United States.
Minors do not hold accounts. Where a program serves a young person, a parent or guardian holds the account in their own name and is responsible for everything done under it. Do not create an account on behalf of a person under 18.
Some assessments may be completed for a young person without an account, with a guardian’s email address, so that results reach a responsible adult.
Keep your password to yourself and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone has. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Give us accurate information and keep it current. Some of it, your phone number for example, is how we reach you about a session.
When you buy a program you receive what the offer describes at the time you buy it. That may include a number of sessions, a course, and a period of access to software, and these may have different end dates. What you bought and how long you have it are recorded on your account.
Access periods are stated when you buy. Sessions and access do not roll over beyond their stated period unless we say otherwise in writing.
We may change, improve or retire program content. If we retire something you have paid for and cannot provide an equivalent, we will tell you and make it right.
You book sessions through the Platform. The times shown are the times a facilitator is available.
Some sessions, such as an introductory call, can be booked without an account.
Booking a slot does not guarantee it until the booking is confirmed. Where two people ask for the same slot at the same moment, one of them gets it.

We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
Yours stays yours. Your journal, your messages, your assessment responses and anything else you create remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them so we can run the Platform for you, and nothing more.
Ours stays ours. The Platform, the course materials, the assessments, the methods, the branding and the software are ours or our licensors’. Buying a program gives you permission to use them for your own learning, and no other rights.
If you post something in a community space, other members of that space can see it.
We may invite you to take part in internal research. Participation is optional, you are asked separately, and declining changes nothing about your access. You may withdraw at any time. How we handle research data is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Platform uses other companies to work: payment processing, video meetings, messaging, calendar and biofeedback hardware and software. Their own terms govern your use of their services. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Platform is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
We do not promise a particular outcome. Nervous system capacity training is practice, and what you get from it depends on what you put in and on things about you that neither of us controls.
We do not promise the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Neuro Progeny is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data, arising out of your use of the Platform.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as that state permits.
You can close your account at any time. Access you have paid for continues to its stated end date unless you ask us to end it.
We can suspend or close your account if you breach these terms, if we are required to, or if we stop offering the Platform. If we close your account for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the unused part of what you have paid.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the Platform after that means you accept it.
